“It is even quieter at dawn. I sit out back and I write stuff, like stories. That’s easy. I don’t know, it’s like at that time of the day, because everyone’s still asleep, all the best thoughts haven’t been taken yet.”
– House at the End of the Street
Sort of reminded me of this song: Jamie Woon – Night Air: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EL0pTo9Z_XU :)

Couldn’t have said it better! My best thoughts seem to appear at the latest hours! Too bad I go to sleep early! HA!

What a valid point. I like it so much, I am going to do something outlandish! I am going to pin it!

I love this, and welcome back! I was actually up at 5 this morning, unable to sleep and wrote pages of stuff in my diary – so I can totally relate to this. For me it was the quiet, but I love the idea of that the best thoughts are more widely available in the morning.

a fellow insomniac, how cool is that? funny how, at dawn, thoughts begin to synchronize with the air-conditioner hum, how strong coffee takes you deeper into sleeplessness and consciousness. and then you realize that you’ve stayed awake for far too long, the previous day could no longer touch you.
thanks for the warm welcome :)
